I've never tried baking soda bread, but I do like it, so might have a go.

I've forgotten her name already :o

She trained as a chef but can't remeber where she said she'd worked. I think she has her own business now.

That French pastry looks too fancy and complicated for me, like the soda Bread though.

I've never eaten a fig. I find something about them off putting. I always think they will be far too sweet and sickly - but I could be completely wrong.

    Aye.

Getting sick of the likes of Nigel Slater/Nigella/Hairy Biker, etc.

Yes I'm surprised that anyone from the modelling world would know what actual food tastes like. I thought they lived off a stick of chewing gum, and a glass of water a day!

I've noticed that, but did you notice when the extra's were says hmm, she kept laughing. I don't think she's taking the play acting as seriously as Nigella was.

Exactly, never imagined model having an interest in food.

It could be after years of being starved of food, she decided to make it her centre after retirement from modelling. .

Sophie Dahl was also a model.

And the last thing we need is another cooking show.

You speak for yourself, mate. I'm always up for another programme involving food.:D

PS - I know the clue is in your forum name, but does anything ever please you? Not that I stalk you or anything, but I'm wracking my brain to think of a time I've seen you post positively. I dare say that just means that our tastes are so different that I never visit the threads where you are skipping around beaming at everyone.
