  I went to bed early, got to sleep about half one. Woke up at half three, got up at six. Grumpy is not the word...>:(

  went to bed at 10.00pm watched the news until 10.40pm the light got turned out and I went to sleep. Woke up at about 5.30am the alarm went off at 5.45am and I got up.

  I go to bed at about 11:15pm and wake up at 6:45 for work - seems plenty of sleep for me ;-)

  Bed at 9.30pm, woke up at 1.50am, then again at 3.30 and again at 4.10 and got up for work at 4.40am I really didn't want to go to work today!

  Went to bed at quarter past ten, got up at 0542 (8 minutes before the alarm which is pretty normal for me).

  Retired at 11.30, was 3.42 when I last looked at the clock, up at 8.15.

  ..I do that too - my alarm is set for 6:45 but I always find that when I glance at the clock, its 6:39 and may as well get up!

  Same as usual : 3am - 7am. By the time I fall asleep, I have approx 3.5 hours. Even if I have to be up at 5am, I still go to bed at the same time. I have never needed much sleep.

  I usually go to bed around 00:30/01:00, if I'm working I would be up at 04:15, if I'm off it'd be around 05:00

  Got off to sleep just after 11.00pm, woke up at 6.35am when the alarm went off and my husband got up, I went back to sleep and got up at 8.10am.
  
  I'll be up at 6.35am tomorrow though
