Delete Recording Problem

After browsing this forum for a while I took the plunge and got myself a Humax 9200. So far I'm extremely pleased with it and it does everything I need. I do have one problem however in that I don't seem able to stop a recording once it has started. I can delete them once they are complete but not whilst they are recording.:confused:

    Press the stop button.

    If you press the Play button while one or two recordings are in progress, the info bar will tell you what's recording. If you then press Stop, you'll see either a confirmation message or a menu allowing you to select which one to stop.
