Frequent error problem

Hi all, I'm connecting to Netflix sometimes through my panasonic dmr hwt250 freeview box and sometimes through the amazon fire stick, fairly often, around once every three weeks or so I get the nw 2-5 error, usually with server 1 not connecting, when this happens neither method of watching Netflix works! but everything else runs fine, phone, pc etc, is there anything I can do to sort this out as resetting the router gets tiresome after a while.
