Digital channel bid-up.tv is to auction the ultimate Christmas gift for the girl who has everything - a boob job.

The channel will offer the cosmetic surgery during the auction on Sunday, December 17. The package consists of flights and accommodation in Dublin where the operation will be carried out by a qualified surgeon.

Bids are expected to start at £2,500, several thousands of pounds less than the actual cost of the operation.
