Samsung BD-D5500 disc, blue ray, youtube player
Hello forum, help would be appreciated in giving the basic steps/ and connections to set this
as panasonic TV is no longer going to support youtube), so we want to use the Samsung BD-D5500 with our panasonic TV
But don't know how to connect the wires, so that the TV works, with the BD-D5500, to see youtube
What we have
-Bt router, with ethernet points (which is also a wireless router)
A Panasonic smart TV (an older model) but with youtube provided on it (but this ap which is to be removed)
The holes on the Tv, are ethernet wire hole,
HDMI hole, the usual.
So how do we connect the Samsung to the TV, so that we can watch it and watch youtube VIA the samsung?
Advise, what we have to connect to What.
so we mainly get a internet connection through the Samsung.
wireless configuration?
Can the samsung be connected to the internet, wirelessly (to the BT router) ??
or will have to be configured ?
if so, how is the wireless feature usually configured in these boxes, so they can be used wirelessly ?
Cheers x

Do you have the TV connected to the router at the moment? If you do and it is using a cable connection simply unplug from the telly and plug into the Blu-Ray player. See page 26 of the manual
http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201202/20120203153354993/01995G-BD-D5500-XU-ENG-BM-0127.pdf
then jump to page 36.
WiFi on the Samsung requires an optional dongle that plugs into the USB port on the back.
