Anyone know how to get into this? The picture is very slightly "twisted" (you can only notice when there are horizontal objects close to the bottom of the picture) and for this sorta money I want it perfect!

    Just dug out my notes from a year ago:

    press mute (remote)
    hold mute (remote)
    press menu (TV)
    press menu (TV)

    IIRC, I found the info by googling "36ZP18Q service menu"

    Be VERY careful if you get into service mode....
