The race for Premier League promotion is ridiculously exciting right now
1. Bournemouth - 66 points
2. Derby - 66 points
3. Watford - 66 points
4. Middlsbrough - 66 points
5. Norwich - 65 points
6. Brentford - 62 points
7. Ipswich - 61 points
All these teams have played an equal amount of games too - 36. Have we ever seen a Championship season run so close before? 4 teams on the same amount of points at the top at this stage of the season must be extremely rare.
I dare not predict who actually goes up.

Norwich in great form, though, I think it's 7 wins in their last 8.
A lot of them still have to play one another in the run-in, too, just to add that extra bit of spice. I know that Derby's next two are Norwich (A) & Middlesbrough (H).
To be fair though we (Millwall) are giving away points this season.
What on earth has happened with you lot this season? I know we Palace fans have a joke about "Agent Holloway" etc but in all seriousness I expected him to push you guys on when he took the job not take you down (if that is the outcome)?
Usually the champions run away with things
Would love Bournemouth and Brentford to come up.
That was mine too, but not just a prediction, it's those 3 I want to see up.
The notion of Griffin Park hosting Premier League matches.
if Derby don't go up this year though, will they ever go up?
The players juat don't seem to want it enough. We'll go down because we deserve to, then as usual come back up in a season or two. Any half decent players we get we can't seem to keep hold of.
Yeah I want Norwich to come up, for obvious reasons.
I don't see us beating Derby 6-0 like when they were last in the Premier League. I think they'll do well this time round.
I'd like Middlesborough to come up because we've had good games with them in the past, and not just the game this season. They could do well in the Premier League if they came up.
I don't see them or Derby going straight back down if they came up. Norwich I'm not as confident about. Watford could well come up and I don't think they'll go straight back down. I always favour them when they appear on Super 6, or if I do an accumulator.
Very tight for goal difference too in the top 5 as I've added in to the OP. Just imagine it was all that tight going into the last round of matches.
Great to score so many goals but we wouldn't in the Prem and so couldn't get away with letting in as many.
Although imagine Norwich v Ipswich for the play-off final...
Please no. It's bad enough being doubled by them in the season proper without having to play Norwich in the play offs.
Saying that, today was probably the best we've played this year; we just couldn't finish. If we can find our form... and luck... from earlier in the season we might just do it.
If I had to bet on it I'd say Middlesbrough, Norwich and Watford to go up, though.
Perhaps sort out your cheating players as well after yesterday.
There was some talk of Brentford considering a ground share because GP as it stood didn't meet Premier League minimum facilities requirements; not sure where they are with that at the moment.
Not many are seriously considering them at the moment but on paper they have the easiest run-in of all the teams in the mix; of those at the top they only have Derby left to play. There's plenty of top-eight clashes in the next five games and I suspect they're going to be right in the mix after that and then who knows?
Anyway, my personal preference would be...Bournemouth.
