Helen should be a lesson for all those younger people who don't think it matters what you say or do online, or in public where others can take pics and put it online. She could found an orphanage and swear a vow of celibacy, her past will always be one Google search away.

Very true. And poor Steven, where ever the Super Salesman goes now he'll have to hear the suppressed sniggers when clients ask him to 'open it' (when demonstrating one of those blinds which apparently have made him millions).

Not to mention his Prime Ministerial ambitions- everyone will have field day with that...

Helen sold her story to The News Of The World, she said in her defence that it was the other girl that went to the press and mentioned her, Helen then said that the press were going to run the story anyway with or without her input, so she gave her side.

Thanks for that, it explains quite a lot about why she is like she is.

True, and so much for those saying that she had a privileged childhood too. I said at the time that you never know what's going on behind closed doors in ANY family, and got pooh poohed for it because of her parent's professions !

I don't judge her on her past, just how she has been in the house and despite her warnings and the privilege of a free ride to the final whilst also being able to nominate she hasn't changed from day one. Once it's not going her way not matter how much ammo the production team give her she has always never failed to deliver the same hypocritical self delusional drivel. Fortunutately I don't have a memory like a sieve.

I can't stand people who say that Helen should take responsibility and that she's a bi*** etc - we have no idea how much her childhood impacted on her, and it is very important in understanding where he issues lie. It isn't a matter of passing the blame, she knows she's a bitch, but it's not her fault.

FGS IT's never their fault! How do you explain the multitude of sex workers and people who have had very poor upbringings who still manage to change things around and be civil? She has made a lot of money out of her poor little life, a lot more than the majority of the hard working people in this country so don't try and bring the poor her thing into it.

I thought she'd already told them all about her infamy as they obviously didn't have a clue who she was. I think she's quite keen to drag out her 15 minutes. Plus I'm sure Ash is happy to go along for the ride and a few photo shoots in Heat magazine.

If you'd actually watched tonight's ep you'd see that's blatantly not on either of their minds.

I for one am not going down this "poor her" line. Life is tuff and this girl is an opportunist who makes money from any way she can. All you have to do is read some of the harrowing stories of young girls who are forced into the sex trade to realise that Helen doesn't fall into that category in fact her previous television appearances prove as much. As much as I feel sorry for her if she has had a tough childhood this is not a reason or excuse for her behaviour.

I thought she already told Ash about her previous career?

She did. Maybe not about the Rooney material, but he does know, along with everyone who watched the show that evening, about her years as an escort. To his credit though, he hasn't judged her for it. Or used it as an excuse to distance himself from her, when he easily could have done.

It's unfortunate but Helen will never escape her past, and it will be very difficult for her to move on with her life in a positive manner.(

What utter bollocks. Of course she will. In fact she already has, apparently, unless her hairdressing salon in Bolton, or wherever, paid for by the years on her back, is a morbid hallucination.

Yes, she's got issues, but don't we all? Helen's are a bit more ... intense, admittedly, but she does seem to be working through them on national telly for our entertainment, so let's not be too hard on her. It's difficult to imagine anything more depressing than being outed by the tabloids as part of a paid-for threesome with Wayne Rooney, as a single mum. Imagine having to try and explain that away at a Parents and Teachers meeting, everyone there knowing they could have you for a hundred and fifty quid, or whatever it was. Not good.

Sad to say but I think Helen actually found a friend. And although she says she has loads of friends on the outside, I think it's a lie. She is probably surrounded by really shady people who use her.

But with Ash she met him without him knowing her previously... and he still is her friend and still likes hanging out with her. I think to her that is something really rare and that's why she is holding onto that friendship so much.

I still dislike Helen AND Ash. They are both knuckleheads who stir shit up.
But on that same token, they will probably be friends for life.

Looks like he's well on his way. Bit of toe-sucking, do it in his footie shirt, couple of bin liners & an orange. Perfect for the tories I would have thought.

That was when Ash was about to be evicted as guilty by association, I think enough time has passed and Hekens mellowed enough for anyone who cares about him to see that she clearly cares for Ash. There's not been a hint of a fall out or disagreement between them.

His mum may well have changed her mins when she saw how Helen fought for Ash to be safe.

Ash was deeply unpleasant in his own right; it was not guilt by association.

Also, Helen didn't fight very hard for him to be safe. After all, he ended up facing the vote.

Surely championing Helen was the obvious next step. It's certainly what I expected to happen. (Well, one of the things I expected.)

The worse part about telling someone 'don't', always makes that person want to lol

Helen has told him about her past, she might not have gone into detail but she has told him she was an escort and she went with Wayne. So unless there is other stuff we are unaware of then god knows what she was on about. Not sure if she has told him she spent a lot of money on cosmetic surgery before she went in, that's nothing to be embarrassed about unless she didn't like the way she looked and doesn't want him to see what she looked like before?

I read that booked 'bang to write', it was evident who was Helen in that book as her personality stood out and she is exactly like she is in the house personality wise. It was a very interesting read.

I don't know why she's worried about him googling her, he's seen her in the house for five weeks calling people ***** and ***** on a daily basis and he's still by her side so her being an aggressive arsehole doesn't bother him so I don't see why anything else would

I know it's an unpopular opinion here, and I have been attacked for it (and even been told that I'm probably a bully in real life, haha), but I actually really like Helen. She's really insecure. When Christopher didn't select her to go to the party, you could see that all she wanted was to be liked and to be accepted. And she's scared of not being accepted, hence her attitude - she thinks that treating people badly will make herself feel better.

I felt sorry for her tonight, also.

I mean, sure, she's still a cow regardless of the reasons, but I still like her :p

Her past might haunt her but what has she done to present herself as a kinder, more sensitive, gentle soul? Nothing. If anything, she's wasted this BB opportunity and just confirmed the worst anyone might have thought of her.
