Hello hopefully there is not a thread already about this.
I was looking to change over to one of the collections to save money, however I only have one tv and don't need the extra box. I was told on the phone that I MUST take it to get any of the new bundles.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so did you get a deal out of Virgin?
