I'm beyond waiting for the new material; I'm waiting for when (and how) Madonna openly reacts to people claiming Gaga is copying her.

I want it represented live on tour in a tongue in cheek manner. The only right way to do it; She's not me with lots of madonna and gaga wannabes ending with M telling all she loves the Gaga.

    Wishful thinking I know. :P

Well you never know, Madonna works in mysterious ways.

And i cannot wait for new material announcements!

I want new pictures of Madonna celebrating her big 5-3!

haha we are an open minded houshold! :D

naked pole dancing is common ;)

We sort of are (I am ridiculously crude lol :p) ... but my dad can be easily embarassed. I once told him I would go lesbian for Madonna and he as like :eek::eek::eek:

I simply justified it by saying it was Madonna

I must admit Burning Up is very underrated, shame it didn't get big success

I love the video to it too! And to be honest all releases fro her debut album should have chart topped. Holiday, Lucky Star and Borderline and Everybody is also very underrated too!

    Perfect songs though!

I love Borderline because it's sooo typical 80s, held off the top here by Billy Ocean I believe but she got number 1 in Ireland. Holiday of course she held herself off the top!

I suspect lemon drops and a personal striptease from Dita Von Teese (ok the second one is unlikely; but you never know).

I know! Going through Madonna's charting last year I was shocked Like a Virgin didn't get number 1 but then I noticed she lost out to Wham! and Band Aid so if she hadn't released it during the xmas period she'd of got number 1 for sure

Dang I never thought of that!:D

Aww hell no! I don't get how you could marry an 80 year old at that age... its just WRONG!! I once told a male friend when I was like 12/13 that you couldn't get any action at that age anyway because mens genitals just stopped working :o... he was just like thats why God gave us men viagra you asshole.... :p

The sad thing is, I'm not even blonde (well I'm bottle blonde but really brunette XD) so can't use that as an excuse really either for my stupidity

As a birthday treat (and a reminder), here are Queen Madonnas UK number 1's in order.

    Into the Groove (1985)
    Papa Don't Preach (1986)
    True Blue (1986)
    La Isla Bonita (1987)
    Who's That Girl (1987)
    Like A Prayer (1989)
    Vogue (1990)
    Frozen (1998)
    American Pie (2000)
    Music (2000)
    Hung Up (2005)
    Sorry (2006)
    4 Minutes (2008)

And the ones that should have been:

    Holiday (1983 and 1991)
    Like A Virgin (1984)
Crazy For You (number 2 both in 1985 and in 1991)
Live to Tell (1986) One of the best number 2's ever!
Justify My Love (1990) (Beaten by Cliff's Saviour Day at Christmas!)
This Used To Be My Playground (1992)
    Erotica (1992)
Take A Bow (1994) Scandalous that this reached number 16 in the UK but number 1 in the USA.
Don't Cry For Me Argentina (1996)
    Ray of Light (1998)
Beautiful Stranger (1999) (Beaten by bloody S Club 7!)
    Don't Tell Me (2001)
    Give It 2 Me (2008)
    Celebration (2009)

The above list as number 1 failures, certainly contain some fabulous classics! What an achievement!

As an after thought, if her lead single from the new album gets to number 1, she will be the only female artist in history to have number one singles in four consecutive decades. We must launch the "Madonna for number one" campaign immediately.:D

It is shocking I know! There should be a campaign to try and get Take a Bow back into the chart and get it to number 1
