Charlotte certainly 'acts' like them.
Charlotte isn't though. She has a boyfriend and even when she was single, she only slept with Gaz, maybe 1-2 other people over the course of 6 series. That's not a slag, that's a young adult. You want a slag, look at other girls or Gaz/Scott from GS who sleep with a girl every night, sometimes 3 a night.
Carole has never been an RTV 'expert' like Charlotte. However, Carol is not being given her due here in actually befriending Charlotte in the first week and then seeing that friendship trashed all over for the 'game' that Charlotte sees as more important than friendship.
You see if turning around the perspective of things, perhaps you might see it from Carol's POV (who is not an expert in RTV) and then just be Carol and call Charlotte out on how she sees her and calling her then name in jest that Charlotte sees as her trademark.
