Charlie Adam charged over 'stamp'

I've just watched a YouTube clip of the supposed incident and cannot believe they are trying to charge him with it. When you watch it at normal speed there is no intent to Stand on Giroud. It's just Girouds shin is where he put his foot. His head is completely following the ball so probably had no clue that the shin was there.
There seems to be quite a mixed view here!

    A disgraceful action tbh.

    I wouldn't shed any tears over a 6 game ban for players doing that during a game of football.

    Charlie Adam is one of the dirtiest players in the game. I'd welcome any ban for him, whether warranted or not.

    Good, he knew what he was doing. He made no attempt to move his foot out of the way and just ran past like no one was below him.

    Its certainly not the worst 'stamp' in the world but I think Charlie's been a bit naughty, he could have done more to avoid Giroud.

    Giroud spent so much time rolling around on the floor, it was statistically impossible for someone NOT to eventually land on him.

    It was a stamp, you could tell. You can see him force his foot down onto Giroud's leg.

    Do that very time there is a similar dangerous offence missed the refs. That will stop it.

    It's happened to many times to think it's accidental. His a filthy player who tries to make up for his lack of ability by trying to hurt other players.

    Surely it was just a coincidence that someone's leg was in the way when he was aiming to stamp on a nearby wasp ?

    After all, he's such a poor, misunderstood soul that's never clumped anyone at all .. ever ..
