It was shown recently but is currently being repeated on Freeview 66. Despite the tabloid sounding title, it's a measured look at near death experiences from people surviving everything from plane/train crashes to the Paris Bataclan murders. Tonight's episode is about Sameem Ali who was sent to Pakistan as a child to marry. I found it really affecting, all the things she went through as a child and her eventual escape. I recommend.
