Finally got back to Hertfordshire after fab but very wet weekend in the caravan, won all manner of cheap shit in the arcades and put all my tuppences in the shove tuppence machines. Also eaten my own weight in sour minion gums! Visited Splints grave today and played him some choons and decorated with floofers, the rain kindly held off while I did so.
roll on next weekend when many DSers descend on my ends......I shall drag my knackered carcass back home on the train tomorrow.
Hell no I've had dozens but my pal's hubby had to have one this morning and you'd have thought he was going for open heart surgery came back traumatised and has chuffed about four rollies to steady his nerves before work

FINALLY dragged my knackered carcass home, via Asda in which I blew the remains of my holiday money on Captain Morgans and Sloe Gin, both of which were on offer. Also got a large salad for 25p, a cucumber for 11p and some cherries for 35p in the yellow sticker bit
There was a replacement bus service from Ashford on to Canterbury since some cows had strayed on the line and derailed a train and mangled the tracks :eek: Poor cows!! So it's taken a LONG time for the journey.
Now to prepare my hoose for the invasion :eek: Last time you had house guests did you clean first, or just after??
Hi peeps. Sitting in lounge waiting for dining room to open. Got Italian food night this evening so should be nice. More than I can say for the weather which has been crap all day. Rain and more rain. Been to Jodrell Bank and there wasn't so much of interest as we thought there would be.
Trouble is, I've been so tired all the time and got a really bad sore eye which is giving me a headache so I'm not enjoying it all that much really.

Mini twass flies out to Greece in a few hours, only she fell on the slippery wet ground last week and has the mother and father of all grazes on one knee, she sent me a photo, it's horrendous :eek:
