downloading BBC TV programmes to Nexus 5

I have just been looking on my BBC i Player app to see if I can download any programmes to take on holiday with me. However I can't see the download icon on any of them? Isn't it available for the Nexus 5?

    I know it's not quite the same, but I just had a look on my Nexus 10 and some programmes in the iPlayer app have a little downward facing arrow to download the episode, and some do not.

    Same on my Nexus 7 and my husband's Nexus 4. Oh well, have to keep trying.

    Maybe the BBC haven't bothered to add new devices recently, or the N5 isn't considered secure.
