I liked the conversation he had with Edele shown on Bots just then

She couldn't understand why he didn't nominate Gary, and Audley's explanation was a sign of what a nice, respectful and considerate man he is

I think Audley won it there for me.. Just wish he could of pulled one or two of them up and explained the same points as he did to Edele. But to be fair to him ,it's all about dodging norms not giving reasons for them. But good on Audley he shut that whining mare right up. She has shown she is more upset that she is as popular as Gary than she has been voted.

Time and again Audley's proven what a thoroughly decent bloke he is. If the tide turns against Gary (as i fear it might) lovely Audley would be a deserving winner. :)

What Audley said and the comparisons he made about Gary and his own elderly father has just turned my opinion on him. Well done him. :)

Very respectful indeed. What a refreshing change to hear that he at least cares for his elders rather than wantng to throw them on the scrapheap.

Audley seems like a very thoughtful, respectful and considerate man who won't have other housemates telling him how he should think.

When Edele was implying that he should have nominated Gary instead of her, and when she hinted to not nominate her again (warning on the cards there?) he seemed completely unmoved by it.

I wonder whether Edele took any of that on board.

Audley is my favourite house mate, I thought his reasoning about not nominating Gary showed how much respect he has for his elders, good on him.

I doubt that will happen as Gary is very calm and even handed but a Gary, Audley 1, 2 would be great.

    He's a good guy.
He is calm intelligent and measured

I thought his explanation was kind BUT I also think that if he'd have been able to nominate in the DR in private he would have nominated George, so I'm a bit disappointed with him for that.

But face to face noms ruin everything because they go for the easy choices.

If it hadn't been face to face I don't think Edele would have got any noms

Together with Edele and Claire they were my too 4.

Claire has gone and unless Edele gets a grip she will lose ground.

What did he say ? I missed it.

He said that some of Gary's behaviours reminded him of his 72 year old dad. He wouldn't nominate someone for touching a chicken (that's why Stephanie nominated Gary) because he wouldn't expect his dad to be cooking or washing up in the first place. Not that his dad isn't capable, but he just wouldn't want him to have to do it.

Lovely man. Audley or Gary for the win.

Sorry, stupid auto correct changed Edele to delete.

Auto correct is a pain. I hope that 'delete' isn't a sign.

    I'd much rather Edele stay.

Gary, Audley and Edele for the final would be fab. I'm not sure about the others. Can't make up my mind who I'd like to be there with them.

    :)

Is this the third or fourth time today we've agreed lol. Must be a full moon ;-)

    Just teasing you. :):)

I liked Audley especially after the dome task - you could tell he just didn't have the heart to engage in a slagging off session with James, who behaved appallingly. Gary has been far more entertaining than him however.

I suspect we'll be at loggerheads later, but tis all good. We can simply shake hands at the end of it all and remain friends.

Unless of course you slap me around the mush with a white glove, then it's peashooters at dawn.

Bunions can hold my coat lol.
