The urine shot diet - who's tried it?

This is from America - has anyone over here tried it?

10 liquid drops of HCG (hormone from pregnant lady's pee) 3 times a day
Consume 500-530 calories per day
ZERO sugar of any sort
2 servings of chicken or white fish
2 servings of vegetables
2 servings of fruit

You can apparently lose 26lbs in 26 days. But swigging down pee is a tad off-putting.

    is pregnant lady's urine not poisonous then ? just remembering that guy in 127 hrs who hacked his own arm off and had to drink his own pee pee

    You would lose weight on that diet without the urine - does not sound very appealing urine or no urine

    I would imagine anyone would lose 26lbs in 26 days if they consumed 500 calories a day - but apparently Americans are paying a fortune for the shots of HCG through their healthcare system. Someone's taking the piss that's for sure.

    People will try any 'miracle' to lose weight when really it is simply for the vast majority of people a case of eating less and moving more. Although I say simple I mean the principle is simple but the reality not so simple especially when you love food and wine as much as I do.

    just looked it up and you are correct,when ingested over a relatively short time span...it does however have negative effects eg diarrhea,fatigue,fever and can be toxic when mixed with certain drugs

    I wondered why there was such lengthy queues at the antenatal clinic. There isn't going to be another baby boom after all.

    I'm going to make friends with a pregnant lady and sell her pee, this HCG diet costs 800 dollars a month. I'll be rich!!!:D

    But only if I can find some truly gullible people and a pregnant lady willing to sell her urine.

    Even better idea! I can see this business plan of mine taking shape now. Where can I find a pregnant monkey and how can I get her to provide me some pee? And more importantly, are there any really gullible people in the UK who would fall for this new cure for obesity?
