I think thats covered the stereotype?
You could very well be right on the scoreline.
As for Andy Carroll he's more of a threat from 30 yards out. Having watched him quite a bit, he's not great in the box or getting into it, but he's very good at winning knock downs for his team mates.
I always find it strange that he and other people say he didn't get a chance at Liverpool. He played over 40 games for the club!
Tough game today, purely because it's Allardyce and no doubt his old mate Fergie will have been on the phone to him this week. They've looked shocking all season, but rest assured he will want to put a spanner in the works today. They certainly won't be rolling over like they did for Manchester United!
A West Ham win or a draw.
Let the game commence!
If our defence keeps themselves together and doesn't gift away any completely stupid goals then I think we can win by a goal or two. And that sets up everything quite nicely for a season defining game against City next week.
Possible Banana skin that i'm sure Rogers has told his players. They have the title in sight so they will be buzzing and ready for a fight.
Early Liverpool goal by Suarez and late goal by Henderson.
You mean football fans who just want to see the correct decisions made.
I still think Liverpool will win this, they'll be worked up now and come out guns blazing.
Yeah, just like Gary Neville, who also saw it as a penalty.
Though I guess you could argue proper champions would overcome this and score a 2nd or 3rd. Hopefully we can do that.
Well according to Jamie Redknapp it was an assault, he makes himself look so stupid when he says things like that.:D
The replay clearly showed it wasn't. Carroll's full palm went into the side of the guy's face. It was obviously a foul. The linesman seemed to notice it.
It was a palm in the head. A foul any day if the week. I wish on here people would stop being so tribal and be honest with themselves sometimes.
Eh? They shown the incident and everyone agreed is was a clear cut penalty.
