Orange Email problem

I have not been able to access Emails for about three days now. A message comes up stating " Ooops Internet Explorer could not connect to Email Orange etc."
When I first got on the internet I subscribed to Orange , but I moved house and am now with BT. Therefore i do not pay Orange- at all. However this was two years ago and I always been able to access Orange Emails. Is there just something wrong with Orange or are they telling me I ought to subscribe with them again.
I an not vey computer literate so I have no idea what the problem is. Thanks for any help!
