Riding injured: Jump jockey or motorbike racer?

Which do you reckon is tougher? We have seen Lorenzo break his collar bone on a Friday, have it pinned then be back racing on Sunday and motorbike crashes can happen at higher speed but if you stay on the bike the actual forces on the injured area come in more gradually than they would do bouncing up and down on the back of a horse.
