just bought the physical version and the PS Store on the vita is still asking me to pay for it....

Cross buy I believe

    Cross buy only applicable on psn purchases I think.

    I thought it was cross buy with the PS3, and then you could upgrade to the ps4 version for a few quid.

    Edit: Confirmed, only the PS3 is cross buy

    Existing PS3 Edition owners (disc or digital)
    On your PS3 or PS Vita, simply log into PlayStation Store and find Minecraft PS Vita Edition and you’ll be able to download it for free.

    Existing PS4 Edition owners (disc or digital)
    Only the PS3 and PS Vita editions are eligible for the Cross-Buy offer.

    So if I buy the physical xb1 version... Will I be able to import all worlds etc from the 360??

    Or shall I just download it?

    If you don't intend to trade the game I think the Xbox one download is cheaper than the physical copy. And besides if you own the download on the 360 you can buy it at a reduced rate.
