It is a software issue with the latest upgrade, sky now about and are "working on it" There are lots of irate people out there who are having continual box freezes and have toi unplug it to get it to work again for a short while. The latest version of software R010.070.87.00P is faulty, some think it could be related to internet connection, but not sure.
