  I can't remember the song, but there is a chance it is in house music that is made especially for Neighbours and so has no name. I will try and check out the episode again if I can find it online to see if I have any idea, I was too busy screaming at the TV to notice the song.

  Okay so I just watched the end again and it sounds like in house music to me...I could be wrong.
