  I would say more instrumental than classical, but certainly modern and in the last couple of years
  
  Maybe like something from Morcheeba or someone like that

  my speakers aren't working at the moment so i couldnt listen to the clip but from your description could you mean 'on a day like this' by elbow? this is only a guess but it does sound classical at the beginning and its been used on a lot of reality shows during montages and best bits etc.
