I believe that car dash cams will be allowed for in all cars from 2015, not sure if they will be fitter or just have the fixings built in.
My car alarm went off in the night, very strange, thought all doors etc were locked, couldn't see anyone around as my front area is lit up all night by my dusk to dawn automatic lighting.
I found this morning that the camera on the vacuum bracket on the screen had fell off, it must have set the alarm of, not sure how, don't know what alarms are built in the Land Rovers.

Good piccies …our eldest had a camera on his motorbike. Very interesting to watch as you see just how some car drivers don't see motorbikes !!! ..Middle son has a front & rear camera on his van that has been very useful in the past.

My arms are sticking to the papers on my desk at home, so annoying.
I think it's the way to go, it cost only £41.99 but the SD card was extra, you could use any size of card because the camera just overwrites from the start again when it's full, thats an option setting, their are lots of setting, but once set up thats it.
I suppose it could also be useful as in the circumstances when they call for persons to recall if they saw something in a certain place at a certain time, with the recording having the date and time watermark, (option) i think it could prove invaluable as it doesn't miss much.

I want to go to Majorca Cyprus and Gibraltar next year so I want all the jobs done

Yep, 38C is pretty warm, mind you i got used to it in Singapore.
Don't envy you looking after dogs, can't stand them myself, and not a lover of decorating, don't mind working outside though.

We use FaceTime if it connects as it dosen't always connect if that happens an old Fashioned conversation down the phone usually suffices

Skype is free, or iof you buy Skype phones you just pay £10 a month i think.
But you have to buy the Skype phones in the country you will use them.You can't take 1 to another country as it wouldn't work.

Wow, what a scorcher, 28C here, going to be a nightmare trying to sleep now.
Bad enough the last few nights.
Here's a screen shot of when i ran both the front & rear cam video's on the computer.
It's only a jpg picture but you might be able to see the date/time stamp on them.
I synchronized the 2 videos' which wa easy enough.
