Struggling through this at the minute. Single-player is very frustrating, although graphically and technically very impressive.
Multiplayer is a mixed bag. Last one I played online was Killzone 2 and it's interesting to see the bottlenecking of battles (thanks to custom spawn points) is still as prevalent as ever. I can't figure out the scoring system either. Team Deathmatch, I got second highest number of kills and was in a positive K/D ratio (something like 18-11), yet I came sixth in my team's leaderboard?

Yeah, a refund is more than what he deserves. If he wins then couldn't everyone who bought Killzone just due Sony for $5m
