Is ITVBe HD launching in the coming weeks ?

Not something I'd watch but saw it mentioned as coming with a +1 also.

Could it be off for the weekend if rights issues for HD matches aren't sorted yet?

Also, LBP TV is now showing the "Westgate Media Centre 1" Test card - 11.428H 27500 2/3

It wasn't showing anything so no rights issues for them to content with.

It's an oddity is LBP TV, on the Freesat Home TP so was presumed to be joining the platform (services on that TP can't be on Sky as there's no Adaptation Hub), it didn't and so seemed to run off the EPG's of both DSAT platforms - can't have imagined them having hardly any viewers!

The poor audio and video quality coupled with the tuning details being constantly on screen can't have helped.... (What is the point of putting tuning details on when the only people who can view it have tuned in - the likes of Al Jazeera on multiple sats with the signal being blocked I can understand - pointing viewers to alternatives if the current one they are viewing becomes unusable in the future - but a channel on a single satellite?

Being on the home transponder was rather handy for forcing my media centre to grab the EPG properly!

Yep, agree with you there, they did have a few promising programmes with a bit of a conspiracy/political feel which made the channel look promising from the outset, was just expecting it to appear on the Freesat EPG and never happened!
