There is also an operation where the leg bones are broken and lengthened, anyone had this?
No but ive heard about it. From what i heard sucessful patients only get an extra inch or so. Not really worth the months of pain and physio i think!
Tbh ive never looked at anyone and thought "wow they look really out of proportion! They could do with a few extra inches".
Surely if you wanted to be, say 6 inches taller, the only way to get taller would be the leg breaking procedure, and even if it did give you six inches then you would just look silly! Youd look out of proportion with silly unnatural long legs.

I am sure that is possible, however it is not advisable to do that sort of stuff.
If it is you that is wanting to be a bit taller why not consider buying some shoes off this company?

Are you concerned that there will be evidence left of your abuse of someone?
or
Are you yearning to be taller yourself?
If the latter, how tall are you? Generally speaking I'd say that anything under 6'0" tall is considered short these days.

Thought that was compensating for a lack of size in the gentleman's trouser area
As a short arsed male, this is what I do.
Higher centre of gravity, you will wobble more then fall down.
Game. Set. Match.
It won't. It goes against the standard equation:-
Height x Temper = Constant.
Lol!
