There is a shelter a few miles from me that takes them in when they become too hard to handle (including the odd pedigree that tries to snatch too much out of the feeding bowl, or does something naughty and then pretends that it was another one that did it). That shelter does let them out during the day, but every now and then one doesn't come back, and there's a massive hoo-haa as they try to find them again, even getting the police to help look for them.

They have been known to head north and even cross breed with their feral more aggressive cousins (Buckfastis Hootsmonious) which usually results in a ginger cross species with an appetite for battered mars bars, this rare species is known to fight with itself.
Well... you jolly well shouldn't have kids unless you can afford them... I had to hire an entire team of accountants to do the cost forecast on Jocenta and Hypolyta... and even then we only had three holidays last year.... these Chavs don't know they're born.
The control of chavs has ran unchecked for a decade, should they be trained to prevent inbreeding, fouling of other peoples property, nuisance mating calls and general anti-social behaviour? Perhaps a micro chipping and neutering scheme would help along with the compulsory use of a lead and muzzle when taken into a public place.

I have two pedigree chavs, (Tyla and Kelsea) and, although sometimes the mating rituals get out of hand and the lager bills are huge, there's nothing that compares to the sight of their sweet, hungover little faces at the end of my bed every morning.
I cannot understand the HYSTERIA in this thread. Chavs are free spirits. Of course they roam. I'm yet to see any videos of this so called antisocial behaviour so I flat out refuse to believe it exists. The only burnt out sofa in my garden is my own.

I like the idea of banning chavs being out of control in a public area!
