They just are the greatest! This is a brilliant show too. How have they got so many interviewees for this??

I'm massively looking forward to Cars 2 and John Carter of Mars (live action!!). Long live Pixar!!

Just caught the end of this now. Was it a 25 countdown-type show? If so, was that clip with Jesse from Toy Story 2 number 1?

No, it wasn't a countdown... they explored various aspects of the making of a movie (eg. storyboard, voices etc.) and the programme ended up with "score", hence Jessie's song. :) Great programme, but I would have preferred to see more of the "magic moments", especially Luxo Jr!!

Edit: couldn't resist, here it is in full length. Enjoy! :)

The magic of pixar is simply down to one thing, brilliant story telling. Everything else comes second and thats why they are one of if not the best movie makers at the moment

I loved the quote when talking about Luxo Jr about people not asking how it was done but whether the big lamp was the mum or the dad! Says it all :)

I'm still a big kid at heart (I'm 39) and could happily sit through every single Pixar film. Still remember Toy Story 1 as being the first film me and Hubby went to see when we started dating and we noticed the cinema was not only packed, but there wasn't a single child there, just adults.
    Good documentary aswell.

I forgot to watch it and I imagine it is quite good. Does anyone know incidentally if there is a complete box set of the Pixar films that will include Toy Story 3? I know they did one two three years back but I am hoping that there is a more an updated version that will include all the films as I think Up and then Toy Story 3 then came out.

Nowhere at the moment, but certain commercial media barons and newspapers are trying their best :)

And yes, it was a good programme.
