OK, so Missy got this job at a computer shop, working the daily toil, trying to sound enthusiastic about Earth computer technology, and putting up with dull human customers, colleagues and boss, for weeks or months on end, all on the off-chance that eventually a suitable control-freak might come in and ask for a helpline phone number. (Now there's a spinoff sitcom I'd like to see!)
Anyway, when a suitable control freak does finally come in, by an amazing coincidence, it just happens to be the Impossible Girl the Doctor is already looking for, only neither of them knows that!
What are the chances of that happening?

She had already picked Clara after spending a long time trying to find the perfect one by looking into peoples future and knowing that Clara was the grandparent of Earth's first time traveller so her and Danny meeting was a fixed point in time as was his death so she could exploit that
The sitcom is a great idea
But Clara is the Impossible Girl because
a) Missy chose her
b) Clara decided to go into the Doctors Time Line at Trenzalore
