Companies with the best customer service

Right...after reading numerous threads about horror stories of appaling customer service from the likes of Orange, AOL, Dixons/Currys, it has got me thinking if there are any companies out there who you would use time and time again and who have exceptional customer service?

I'd say I've had pretty good experinces with the Royal Bank of Scotland (my branch at least) who are always very helpful and pleasant. Harrods is also pretty good when it comes to appreciating and valuing their customers....
