Selling MK8 Wii U premium advice

Hi there, I am looking at selling my MK8 Wii U premium which I have had for about 4 months(hardly use it, thanks to PS3 & PS4) the thing is i would like to sell it with the 2 digital games with it that I have purchased, can I delete my account and the games remain on the Hard drive? as I have read that games are linked to the console not the NNID? Any new users created by the buyer would then have access to the games, hopefully I have worded it correctly, many thanks in advance :)

    They're linked to the console but as soon as your erase your details from it, it will assign the console a new NNID which will make the current downloaded games unplayable.

    Thanks for the reply GONZO looks like I'll just leave the account on, don't need it now anyway. No other personal info will be on it.;-)

    Out of interest what are you hoping to get for it? I'm currently debating getting one :)
