Daytime TV is pretty good these days for the Cult TV fan.

I wonder if TV channels have finally realised that not all of those who watch TV during the day are housewives or antique fans? I ask that because there is so much good stuff on Freeview during the day if you are a fan of Sci-fi or Cult TV shows.

You've got two episodes of Stargate on Pick in the morning or even Scorpion and Psych on ITV2. Then there's Star Trek/TNG on CBS Action, Highlander/Twilight Zone/Classic Dr Who on the Horror Channel. And I've just noticed that Pick are going to start showing Eureka repeats during the daytime!

It's not that long ago that your only TV choice was to watch a Top Gear repeat for the umpteenth time or a episode of Columbo!

I think it is because with a slight bit of editing, these shows are harmless and can be shown to a daytime audience. The violence is minimal and there is never much swearing or any at all. I think day time television has improved over the last few years.
