I downloaded her greatest hits album and re discovered so many underrated pop classics such as
Heaven is a Place on Earth
Leave the Light On
Summer Rain
Circle in the Sand
My Little Black Book
My fave from her is "We want the same thing" though - just a great great pop song

She has such a beautiful voice, I miss her

Circle in the Sand is probably my favourite track of hers.
My fav Belinda song is Summer Rain.
It's about time she made a comeback just sing in English this time Belinda.
I had radio on yesterday and they were reviewing charts from Oct 1993 and Big Scary Animal was one of the tracks played - love it - one of those songs with a real good beat and you can belt your heart out to it. Also agree with the poster above In Too Deep was brilliant as was Always Breaking My Heart and California.
I lovvvve We Want the Same Thing, remember it was used in the 90s for a car advert.
Me, too. I loved the Go-gos but not into her solo music. It's too predictable, MOR and manufactured. She hasn't done much recently but play at endless 80's nostalgia tours just for the money which makes me lose respect for her.
I think she got a tad boring after that, but the goodies did keep coming from album to album. My favourite post 1990 single is definitely 'Always Breaking My Heart', a stomper that unfortunately only momentarily recaptured her best sound, by then she'd slid towards a much more 'mellow' tendency which isn't really my thing.

We want the same thing.
And when she was in her younger days. I so would
Fantastic song.
Circle in the sand & we want the same thing are my favourites.
I'd completely forgotten about Always Breaking My Heart - it's a fantastic song. I also love the Club Mix of Live Your Life on her GH album.
She did a French album a few years back, I've not heard it but apparently it's woeful according to some of the reviews I've read. The Go-Go's were great though, bubblegum punk with 80's pout attitude.
One of my personal favs -

I love EVERYTHING about cheesy 80s pop:D
A couple of her smaller hits that are worth checking out are Mad about you and A world without you.
In Too Deep and I Get Weak were my faves, but Runaway Horses was a great album too.
And sooo pretty in the lates 80's early 90's with a little help of course.
And her son is a big gayer too !!!
