Right, get 'em while they hot. Give 'em a good squeeze - they're well formed but smooth and silky.
They're all garlicky but take your pick from salt, poppy or sesame toppings.
and to go with....homemade humus (fresh today. Botulism free).
or Bacon surprise. (bacon, with extra bacon and a side order of Bacon).
We should all be eating mostly green leafy vegetables so I've completed the meal with a sprig of parsley. (first come first served for it).

You certainly did. and I only buy organic free range high welfare Bacon. None of that strange white stuff comes shooting out of my pork when you cook it.
Did you want the regular Bacon or the Bacon surprise? I've decided to enhance the nutritional profile by offering the above vegetable side dish (sprig of parsley) and also ketchup (tomatos and sugar are green leafy veg, I think?).
I have rediscovered porridge. its amazingly good for you and really lovely. Have been trying different ways and current favourite is:
jumbo rolled oats (Flahavan's because they have nicest packet). 4 tablespoons.
Oat bran. 3 tablespoons.
put in bowl and cover with about 220 mil water.
microwave for about two and a half minutes. stirring halfway.
stir in some dried cranberries and prunes and chopped hazelnuts.
pinch of salt on top. (or some honey or both)
swirl of cold milk on top.
The microwave method means no washing up saucepan and wooden spoon.
also is slightly better if you put the oats plus water in fridge overnight.
Another use for jumbo rolled oats is in crumble toppings.
Don't put the cranberries in early. they lose nutrition with high heat.

Usually i dont eat til i get to my desk...but i'm not going anywhere without a coffee
I "accidentally" added maple syrup to my morning coffee this morning. OMG It was AWESOME
Its usually round about now that I start feeling hungry, but I hang on until lunchtime. I've been told countless times that its not good for you to go without breakfast but I'm still breathing so hey ho

*joins queue for nibbling on Nebo's buns*
That's the problem isn't it, the ground is so hard and dry that it's not soaking the water up fast enough

Just to help you on your weary extended tour of duty as landlady. and just because.
