  Looks ok to me.We have a goodmans 19inch HD-LCD for one of our bedrooms,great little set.:)

  You'd be better off buying a TV and separate DVD player.
  
  The combi sets have a tendancy to break down .... especially the cheapo ones. I had one myself and it didn't last 3 months.

  Only thing I'm not sure about is if the TV has built in freeview? Not mentioned on the ebuyer page so maybe not? That might be a problem I suppose. Even if you then also added a cheapo freeview box, it'd probably still be slightly cheaper than your combi unit and if part of it breaks down, it's less hassle. Obvious drawback is three units rather than one.
  
  You can pick up the Acoustic Solutions one you linked to for less than Argos are selling it ..... if you're OK buying it from Ebay. It'll just be a cheapo panel inside (as most in this price range are) but, as stevejk75 mentioned, I also have a wee cheapo Goodmans 19" set in my bedroom and it's fine.
