I have just received the following e-mail from Panasonic Customer Service:

"In response, I am writing to inform you that there have been certain set backs regarding this situation. at the present moment, we are still looking into the matter and, hopefully, you will have this update available at the end of this month.

I trust that the above information will be of assistance to you. However, of course, if you should have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

So it would appear we will have to wait while they sort their act out........>:(
