9200 channel selection problem

I've had this one for a while, wondering if anyone else has seen anything similar.
From the EPG, select Channel 4+1 (Ch13). EPG thumbnail shows video from the selected channel.
Exit the EPG, and the video blacks out briefly, then comes back, but it's showing More4 (Ch14), although the front panel and programme info still shows 13/Channel 4+1.
Same thing happens if I select the channel using the numerical remote buttons, I get a few seconds of Ch 4+1, then it blanks out and switches to More4, but still 'thinks' it's on Ch 4+1.
When I first noticed this I did a full channel rescan, with no effect. I've just done an 'involuntary' disk format, after a lockup emptied my recordings list (I had the 'doubled' recording bug a few weeks ago but decided to live with it until I could archive some stuff off - too late now!)
Anyone any ideas?

Thanks Martin, but I did delete them when I did the rescan a while ago and it didn't fix it.
