  The first 4 seasons of New Who have been released seperately on Bluray upscaled I presume as they were made in SD!

  The OP is talking about Series 1-4 shown between 2005 and 2008, not seasons 1-4, shown between late 1963 and Spring 1967.
  
  In total, there are currently 72 episodes missing from seasons 1-4. Very sad, I know.
