The "no plans" thing always reminds me of a debate where the Minister(?) said "no plans at this stage" which got a lot of "at this stage?" heckling and he had to repeat himself with just "no plans" and without the "at this stage" to get the hon. members to pipe down.
What might be a good accompaniment to the tote board is a bingo card for anything recognisable as being pinched from Yes Minister.
