I loved it. I thought it was very stylish and really suited her. Much better than some of the awful dresses she has worn on previous shows.

Isnt this getting a bit boring now, every Saturday a new thread about Tess' dress which leads to a discussion of half of us (me included) hating her dress sense and the other half loving it. Hardly worthy of a new thread every single week just to say the same over and over again.

Not if you're Tess! Tess works on the principle of: take a decent dress, tighten it so it bunches up, stick a belt on it to make it more odd, slash something and get your front out and then, if possible add something else.

she always wears dresses too tight for her...would show more class in a flowing dress like they use for a rumba etc

I thought she looked great last night and the dress really suited her shape - slim with long legs.

The split at the front was fine because she stands up all through the show. Plus from what I've seen on the red carpet recently, high splits are bang on trend.

But then you see what the fashion "experts" themselves wear and how terrible they look so tear up all their maxims.

I thought it made her look like she had weird lumos on her saddlebag area

It did, especially when she turned sideways, because it was too tight.

Her dresses are regularly ill-judged. The nicest one IMO is the one that had everyone going "ewwww" about the colour - the flowing olive-green one she wore last week was really flattering and I also liked the colour, more subtle and unusual than red  or black and quite flattering to her colouring.

I found it hard to focus on Tess's left boob and left leg more than her right boob and right leg.

    Equal opportunity, I said.

    Love these comments!

Also - side splits are much better than centre splits.

PLUS the boobs (if dispayed) need to be well-supported. They looked a bit saggy.

I can never get the right size of Calvin Kleins, they tore up my minims.

Of course everyone on here is a pinnacle of taste and style. And no, the "she is on TV" argument isn't a valid response. Glass houses and all that.

I think she looked utterly fabulous..yes the dress was a tad on the tight side, but she is in amazing shape and can carry it off.

Well she doesnt just fish out "oh this old thing?" from her wardrobe, does she :D

Every week there seems to be an article covering which designer did her latest....a pretty broad range

and she doesnt get to keep them :(

Perhaps if there is a problem that is it. Whoever is sponsoring or whatever calls the shots, for all we know none of it to her exact taste.

Tess once wrapped in tinfoil dress,
Now glitters more and wears less.
Beware Tess-Slit in Tess-Pit, Dani said,
Very draughty from toe to head. ;)

She certainly was a lady in red
Not much to remove to be ready for bed
    Splits high and low
Not much further she could go
Add earrings, shoes, belt and it's all been said
