I think they should make charlottes parents permanent in the show. They are really funny. Same with audreys friend, claudia.

    I can't stand Claudia. Such a horrible, so pleased-with-herself bitchy woman, but I guess that makes for a good soap character.

    I agree! Rula Lenska always sounds like she has a mouth full of marshmallows when she speaks, I find it really irritating!

    She does a poor Northern accent, as did Stephanie Beacham.

    I want to see Ian Mckellan come back, he was brilliant. I suspect he's busy though.

    How old is Claudia supposed to be? She was sneering at Audrey for being 70 but Claudia can't be very much younger than that.

    Well she's 64 in real life....so maybe her character is about 60.
