Well Buchs did tell him that he was responsible for the deaths. Monberg was presumably still in a vulnerable mental state - he was recovering from taking an overdose when he'd had a breakdown. I thought Buch was treating him harshly, albeit he might have been delivering the truth.
The killer is on a clean up mission. So for example if Major Blondie is not the killer, but was involved in the coverup, he will be high up on the list. etc etc.

I thought he had something to do with it! He obviously tried to pressurise and manipulate Buch as he had Monberg.
I don't need to look to type, but I did type funeral instead of wedding while they were looking at the remains in the coffin.
