Phone wont dial or receive calls

I have Sky Multi-Room, Netgear Router - 1 hard wired Computer and 2 laptops wirelessly connected and a PS3 connected wirelessly.

We got a new PS3 a couple of weeks ago and since then all I get is noise on the line and cannot make or receive landline phonecalls.

Does anyone have a solution or do I need to disconnect something permanently?

Thanks for any advice as I don't have a clue.
