Female cast members- EE

In the above article, it mentions that they are not looking for female cast members which seems silly considering the recent (and soon to be) departures of Bianca, Carol, Tiffany, Mandy, Janine... the list goes on.
Also, the fact that females cast mebers were specifically mentioned arouses suspicion. Are they hiding the fact that females are all leaving or focusing on males (possibly resulting in the Female exodus)??
