I think she's completely lying. The tattoo on the lad's left arm in the video doesn't look the same as the one on Justin's left arm. The one on the lad's left arm in the video looks to be all one tattoo. The one on Justin's arm is clearly two separate tattoos. If I'm wrong, fair enough.
He's doing over peoples ears full stop never mind his fans.! If some idiots want to hand over large sums of cash to either bump into a lookalike or the real thing its up to them. They will grow up eventually and kick themselves for not spending their money on something worthwhile/important.:-) On a separate note growing up I thought NKOTB were like a pox but Justine Bieber is something else.:-D
