We give semi-wild murderers and slaughterers names like "Tiddles", "Fluffy" and so on :o:p
But what would your pet call you?? Meanie?? Dozy??

My dog would call me Mum
(the thread title says 'pets' - not cats specifically)

    Chef or slave.

Failing that "that annoying bint who brushes me when I come in covered in sticky seeds"

    Probably 'Oy you!'

    Followed by:

    Feed me
No, not that cr*p, feed me chicken
    Let me out
Why did you make me go out - let me in
    Let me out again
    (and repeat)
    Brush me
    I hate being brushed
    Feed me
    :D

    Cats - gotta love them!

...and then there's that once-in-a-lifetime moment when you're both on the same wavelength! At that point you realise you're a cat too :o:D

That's a worry as I seem to be on their wavelength most of the time! Better get back to sleeping for 20 hours a day then.... :D

I am Mummy. My kids and fur kids ALL know who MUMMY is.

I do think the fur kids and the human kids have different names for me though. Most of them will be quite nasty and crude. I know my kids and fur kids so well

My dog Ruby knows the name of all of the household and will go to the correct person on command.

Another vote for "mummy" regarding our lovebird.

Our cockatiel is bonded to Mr. Tenna, and only pays attention to me when I'm eating something he loves, like ramen noodles or perogies. :p

Our budgies have their own circle, and as long as they're fed, they don't bother much with either one of us humans!

Since he was a ball of fluff, I have called The Beast Little Mate when speaking to him. When I got him, it was just him and me in the gaff. I chuckle that he might call me Big Mate

Since the arrival of the OH I think I am probably more known as Bad Cop with the OH taking the easy position of Good Cop, and letting him do what he likes until the point that he needs a 'talking to'
