  Rebecca should have persisted with her efforts to get Louis as her mentor for the last 2 weeks - he bigged her up just now far more than Cheryl.

  She obviously likes her. I think she's just dissapointed that Cher isn't there in her place.

  I don't think she backed Rebecca initially. It reminds me of Alexandra Burke who performed well week on week but Cheryl didn't seem to be backing Alex until the last few weeks.
